The indifferent shrug,
When the other's suffering,
One's so smug?
Is it the sadness,
One's plunged into,
When one's blind to the rainbow,
But curses his dirty shoe?
Your dream in tatters,
Is a problem you want to share,
Who do you send to,
Your very own prayer?
But please don't cry,
There may still be hope,
If you lose it,
I won't be able to cope.
